Total number of tarot cards

The Tarot deck consists of 78 cards which are called Major Arcana and Minor Arcana. Out of these, 22 cards are of Major Arcana and 56 cards are of Minor Arcana. Tarot cards are divided into four different suits, which are – Pentacles, Swords, Cups, and Wands. However, in some decks, different representations of these four elements are used.

Minor Arcana Tarot Cards

The Minor Arcana consists of 56 cards, which represent the circumstances of your life. The Minor cards make you aware of the problems that you face in your day-to-day life. As the name suggests, Minor, it does not mean that it will have less impact on your life. Rather, the Minor Tarot card is important to know what is going on in your life. The Minor Arcana cards are related to the intricacies of our day-to-day life.
